Relationship between psychological and personality traits with consumer behavior factors

Introduction: Consumers are essential in the economic system because economy practically collapses without effective their demand. Aim: This study examines relationship between psychological and personality traits with consumer behavior factors. Method: The research method is descriptive-correlational. population includes consumers of sports clubs Tehran 2021-2022. Because infinite according to Morgan's table, 356 people were selected by random cluster sampling. tool Costa McCrae's (1992) Standard Personality Traits Questionnaire, Zhou's (2009) Consumer Behavior a researcher-made questionnaire. Pearson correlation regression coefficients SPSS Amos 23 used analyze data. Results: results showed that model fits well Also, test, there positive (extraversion, flexibility, adaptability, conscientiousness) (perception, motivation, learning, attitude, psychology health, cognitive intelligence) factors (P≤0.05) significant negative psychosis (p=0.001, rho=-0.586). Conclusion: significantly affect behavior. Therefore; variables related should be taken into account.
